Lettuce Make Stuff LLC
Privacy Policy
Your data. Your choices. Here’s how it works.
Last updated: October 24, 2026
Privacy comes first.
Privacy is a human right. Lettuce Make Stuff, LLC (LMS) builds software with respect for your choices. This policy explains how we handle information on this website and in Quizali, our forthcoming trivia app.
We do not collect data for advertising, and we will not sell your data.
Your Quizali data and iCloud
Quizali keeps local copies of your saved content and progress on your devices. It uses Apple CloudKit to synchronize supported data through your iCloud account. The cloud copy is held in your private iCloud storage, not on LMS servers. LMS cannot access the contents of your private iCloud database or your Apple Account credentials.
Quizali does not currently provide end-to-end encryption for this synchronization. Apple’s iCloud protections and your account settings apply. Apple explains its handling of information in its Privacy Policy.
If you choose multiplayer, gameplay information needed for the game is shared with the other participants. Apple handles Game Center and App Store purchases under its own policies.
Optional app diagnostics with TelemetryDeck
Quizali’s analytics are off by default. You can choose to enable or disable “Share How You Use the App” in Settings → Privacy.
When enabled, Quizali sends limited events to TelemetryDeck to help us understand overall feature use and find technical problems. Examples include a game starting, a save failing, or a purchase completing. Events may include broad count ranges and technical details such as the app version, operating system version, and device type.
These events do not include pack names, question or answer text, pictures, audio, video, or player identities. Quizali uses a shared, non-personal identifier. We use totals and grouped results, not individual user histories or behavioral profiles, and do not use these events to identify you or track you across services.
Turning the setting off stops new event collection. It does not withdraw information already sent. Events collected while it was enabled may be sent if you enable it again; actions taken while it is off are not saved for later reporting.
For details about the provider’s processing, see TelemetryDeck’s privacy explanation and Privacy Policy.

Information you choose to send us
If you contact us for help, we receive the information you include and use it to respond to your request. Please avoid sending passwords, private questions, or other sensitive content that is not needed to explain the problem.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change. Optional app analytics will remain opt-in.
